CONGRATULATIONS: to the JV FOOTBALL TEAM for their WIN over the Mesick, Bulldogs with a score of 20 - 6. Way to go! On Holton!

CHICAGO TRIP: Any high school student who wants information on the Chicago Field trip please meet in the library on Tuesday at 7:40 a.m.  We will discuss date, times, payment and fund raisers for the trip. See you there. Questions see Mrs. Schulz , Sign up sheet is on the office window. 

POWDERPUFF FOOTBALL/CHEER! REMINDER PRACTICES: will be this Sunday, September 13th and next Sunday, September 20th from 5:30pm - 7:30pm at Red Devil Stadium.   Any questions please see Mrs Goyings in the office..                   

POWDERPUFF FOOTBALL GAME DAY: Sunday, September 27th at Red Devil Stadium at 6pm. Cost: $5.00 per person.

SENIOR PARKING SPOT FUNDRAISER:  Last call for the Seniors Parking Spaces. If you have picked up a packet and plan on painting a parking spot you must turn in your design to the office for approval. The COST for the parking spaces is $50. Painting Days will be Sunday September 13th and Saturday September 19th. If it happens to rain on one of these dates we will also paint on the 20th. Start time will be noon.  Please see Mrs. Goyings if you have questions.

UPCOMING COLLEGE REP VISITS and CAMPUS TOURS:

October 2, 2026 - Western Michigan:  Rep visit at 9am in the library. Please sign up on the sign up sheet outside of the library door if interested.

SPORTS PHYSICALS: Just a Reminder Student Athletes MUST have a CURRENT 2026/27 Sports Physical on file to participate in practice and games. 

STUDENTS THAT ARE DRIVING TO SCHOOL: MUST have a parking PERMIT! Permits are available in the office, please see Mrs. Goyings. PERMITS are $5 dollar and are REQUIRED for all students who drive to school. 

REMINDER: Students are not allowed to go to their gym locker during the day unless it is at the time of their scheduled gym class. This means students/student athletes should not access their gym lockers during pass time, lunch or other class times.  

REMINDER: THERE ARE NO BACKPACKS, COATS OR BLANKETS ALLOWED IN CLASSROOMS!

REMINDER: THERE ARE NO CELL PHONES IN THE CLASSROOMS OR HALLWAYS (Students may ONLY have cell phones at Lunch).

ALL STUDENTS: Please do NOT enter the library if there is a sign on the door saying that the library is closed. Come back at a later time when the library is open and there is no sign on the door.  

PARENTS: REQUIRED All students need to have their parents update their demographic information in Powerschool.  Emergency cards & paper forms will not be sent home so it is very important that information & forms are updated and completed in Powerschool. To Login go to the www.holtonschools.com website scroll to bottom of page and choose Powerschool. Once you login, go to Demographic Update (lower left of the screen) and Complete Steps to update current information and complete all the forms (Handbook, concussion, media consent etc.). Be sure to include an email address! Click Submit once completed. If you are having trouble logging on please contact the MS/HS office.
