STUDENT SECTION: Theme is “PINK OUT” at this Friday’s Football Game! It is also Senior Night! Kick Off at 7pm. Holton vs Potterville, Vikings

PICTURE RETAKES: Monday, October 19th if you haven’t had your photo taken this school year please do so at this time. Also, if you got photos and you want them redone. Please bring your packet to the photographer on retake day.

HS STUDENTS: If you would like to be a part of the Holton High School bowling team this season sign up on the office window. Practice starts November 9th. See Coach Wagenmaker if you have any questions. 

MS/HS STUDENTS: we are ready for you to start using your points to purchase items from the school store. Log in to your Five Star Student account and pick out the items you would like. All orders must be received by October 23rd. Orders will be delivered during the next seminar. Going forward, orders will need to be submitted the Friday before the next week we have seminar. Orders will be delivered during seminar.

HOLTON APPAREL: The HS STUDENT COUNCIL  is now offering a SCHOOL STORE to purchase HOLTON APPAREL! If interested there are some items on hand in the office for purchase. Order forms are also available in the HS Office or online. Payment is due at the time of order. (Cash, Check or Venmo) See Mrs. Goyings if you have any questions.

CHICAGO TRIP: The bus for CHICAGO on Dec 3rd is half full, please get your forms and money in as soon as possible.  Any student 9-12 interested can pick up the parent form and permission slip from the office.  The cost of the trip is $30 dollars and there are only 50 seats available.  Money is due by November 4th.  Questions see Mrs. Schulz  

HOLTON WRESTLING: Holton wrestling is starting weightlifting and athletic development on Sundays from 12-2:00 PM. All 6th through 12th grade students can attend. We will meet in the fitness center. Bring water, athletic clothing, athletic shoes/wrestling shoes, and a great work ethic. D4 to the core.

SPORTS PHYSICALS: Just a Reminder Student Athletes MUST have a CURRENT 2026/27 Sports Physical on file to participate in practice and games. 

STUDENTS THAT ARE DRIVING TO SCHOOL: MUST have a parking PERMIT! Permits are available in the office, please see Mrs. Goyings. PERMITS are $5 dollar and are REQUIRED for all students who drive to school. 

REMINDER: Students are not allowed to go to their gym locker during the day unless it is at the time of their scheduled gym class. This means students/student athletes should not access their gym lockers during pass time, lunch or other class times.  

REMINDER: THERE ARE NO BACKPACKS, COATS OR BLANKETS ALLOWED IN CLASSROOMS!

REMINDER: THERE ARE NO CELL PHONES IN THE CLASSROOMS OR HALLWAYS (Students may ONLY have cell phones at Lunch).

ALL STUDENTS: Please do NOT enter the library if there is a sign on the door saying that the library is closed. Come back at a later time when the library is open and there is no sign on the door.  

PARENTS: REQUIRED All students need to have their parents update their demographic information in Powerschool.  Emergency cards & paper forms will not be sent home so it is very important that information & forms are updated and completed in Powerschool. To Login go to the www.holtonschools.com website scroll to bottom of page and choose Powerschool. Once you login, go to Demographic Update (lower left of the screen) and Complete Steps to update current information and complete all the forms (Handbook, concussion, media consent etc.). Be sure to include an email address! Click Submit once completed. If you are having trouble logging on please contact the MS/HS office.
