Middle School News

The HS Student council will be doing a St Patrick’s Day dress up Contest Tuesday, March 17th. The one person in each grade wearing the most GREEN will get a prize. For  grades 6-12.

Middle School Yearbooks:  All orders will be online this year.  Flyers with the QR code have been handed out and are available in the office.  Yearbooks are $12 and orders are due by March 17th, 2026(extended date).

During March, students can pick up a college vocabulary sheet outside the library. Turn it in to Ms. Wisniewski with the correct answers for a prize. One prize per student, open to all students.

Middle School Formal Dance:  Saturday April 18th, 6-8pm in the Fitness Center.  Tickets are $10 

Popcorn and Brownie sales Friday during all lunches.  $1 for a brownie, $.50 for popcorn

All Students - It is very important that you get your Xello To Do List completed.  If you can complete all your tasks BEFORE spring break, you will get your name into a drawing for a gift card.  There will be 3 winners per grade level!  Completion status will be checked before spring break and the drawing will take place when we return.  Either way you have to complete these tasks, so you might as well do it early for a chance to win!  If you have any questions, please see Ms. Fairchild."

Youth Baseball Registration:  Youth baseball registration is open!  You can register on the Holton Youth Baseball Facebook page or get a form in the office.

Youth Softball: Youth softball registration is open for the 2026 season. Registration can be found on the Holton Youth Softball Facebook page.

Project Focus:  Project Focus is offered to all Middle School Students. Registration Packets are available outside of the office. If you have questions please see Ms. Brant in room 103.  

Middle School After school Tutorial is available to help students needing extra help with school work on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays.  Second bus passes can be issued.  The schedule is   Monday and Thursday will be hosted by Mrs. Hepfer in Room 122, Tuesday’s will be hosted in Ms. Mullin’s classroom  in room 105.   

Reminder: ALL Middle and High school student athletes will need a sports physical every year prior to participating in athletics and getting one now qualifies for the 2025-26 school year.

 Students who are in the building early(before school) need to wait in the cafeteria until 7:30 am. Additionally, per the student handbook, students are not allowed in the building after school unless supervised by a coach, advisor, or staff member.
