Ways We Help
-Student Scholarships
Over the past several years, the Holton Education Foundation has funded multiple student scholarships. The two year scholarships have grown from $1000 to $2000. Graduating Holton High School Seniors apply for the scholarships each year and can use these scholarships for college, trade school, or post-secondary training. These funds are applied directly to tuition costs having a direct impact on our student’s aspirations!
-Teacher Mini Grants
The Holton Education Foundation funds Teacher Mini Grants each year. Holton Public Schools teachers and staff complete an application for these mini grants that have been used to purchase classroom books, technoloogy, sewing club supplies, and equipment. These grants have also been used to support student field trips and experiences allowing for deeper learning connections and lifelong memories for our students
-Red Devil Legacy Night
Each year, the Holton Education Foundation hosts Red Devil Legacy Night. This fundraising event includes a silent auction, raffles, and a fun evening celebrating the legacy of Holton Public Schools. A Distinguished Alumni from Holton High School is recognized at the event. Please join the Holton Education Foundation Board at this event! This is a great way to support the foundation. -Other Support Efforts
The Holton Education Foundation also seeks out other ways to support Holton Public Schools! Through specific pass through donations to school programs, small gifts to students and staff, and engaging with other events the Holton Education Foundation actively finds ways to support its mission.
